Tutor
Andy is an experienced sports coach with a wealth of knowledge within inclusivity. He is also the founder of Inclusive Sports Academy and Inclusive Support Hub. He has a level 5 diploma in training and education, and over 20 years experience in the sports and community sector. Andy has also delivered numerous accredited programmes within the Solihull area. Andy's skills are centred around inclusion and inclusive workshops, in order to enhance understanding of how groups and clubs can be more inclusive with their practice.
Lead Tutor
Mo is a Level 4 coach with over 30 years of experience in service provision. As a professional athlete he has represented England at international level. He is a trainer, assessor and an internal quality assurer, mentor, tutor in IQA qualifications. Mo is a life coach, mental health first aid instructor, personal trainer and remedial massage therapist. He has also helped Street Games to implement and provide training for their national safeguarding policies.
Since joining Inclusive Educate, Mo has provided Youth and Mental Health First Aid training to several local community coaches and volunteers. The feedback has been positive and encouraging.
Marketing & Social Media
Caitlin joined us after completing her bachelors degree at the University of Salford studying Multimedia Journalism. She has undergone several placements at various news and entertainment outlets in the North West, and has produced published works. Caitlin promotes our services through social media, and produces all marketing content as well as building and operating our website and platforms. She works alongside other local CICs to improve their marketing knowledge and online presence. Caitlin has recently completed her Level 3 Leadership and Management course with SCCU.
