What? 
This course is designed for Young People with SEND who are currently embarking on the transitional stage of their lives from Young person to Adulthood.
The course will see a diverse range of Young People with differing levels of need gain the correct support required to prepare them for the next stages of their lives. Tutor’s will provide Information, Advice & Guidance will be provided to Young People to make correct choices at suitable stages as they embark on their careers.
As a result of attending the “Inclusive Ready for Work Course” staff have suitable knowledge in:
- An understanding of career choices ahead
- Managing their next steps
- How to prepare for an interview
- The support that workplaces can offer
